Vitals Engine / Order & Dispatch Tracking

Placed, dispatched, received - with vitals checked at the gate.

Orders and dispatch don't live in a separate tool from the vitals. Placement, dispatch confirmation, and receipt run in the same system, so a shipment can't leave until its readings clear.

Order placement

Orders are raised against live stock and batch availability, so what's promised is what can actually ship.

Dispatch confirmation

A dispatch only confirms once the vitals clear - temperature range, batch validity, and the receiving party's license all checked at the gate.

Receipt tracking

Receipt is recorded against the order across every tier, closing the loop so nothing is assumed delivered.

Worked example

One order, gate to receipt.

  1. Order placed against live stock

    Step 1

A distributor raises an order. It's matched to available batches with enough shelf life to reach the shelf in time.

  2. Vitals checked at the gate

    Step 2

Before dispatch, the batch expiry, cold chain requirement, and the distributor's license are checked together. All clear.

  3. Dispatch confirmed

    Step 3

The shipment is confirmed and enters transit with its vitals now tracked continuously along the route.

  4. Receipt recorded

    Step 4

The receiving party confirms receipt against the order. The order closes with the full vitals history attached.

Vitals, on your real shipments
