Privacy Policy

Distribution data carries real regulatory weight, so we keep this plain: here is what we collect, why we process it, and the controls that sit around it.

01The data this policy covers

This policy applies to two kinds of data: the account information you give us when you sign up or contact us, and the distribution data you monitor through the platform - shipment vitals, batch records, license validity dates, orders, and network structure.

Distribution data belongs to you. We process it to provide the monitoring, flagging, and reporting the service exists to deliver, and for no unrelated purpose.

02Information you provide directly

When you sign up or request a demo, we collect your name, work email, company name, product type, and an approximate distributor count. This lets us create your access and shape a walkthrough around your network.

If you write to us, we keep the content of that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of the request.

03Distribution data you monitor

Temperature readings, batch and expiry details, license validity dates, order and dispatch records, and the tier structure of your network are processed to generate the vitals, flags, and priority suggestions you rely on.

This data is used to operate the service for you. It is not sold, and it is not used to build profiles unrelated to running your distribution monitoring.

04How the data is used

To read temperature, expiry, and compliance together and surface a problem before a shipment becomes unsellable.

To detect cold chain excursions, rank near-expiry stock for priority movement, and flag license lapses before dispatch.

To provide support, secure the service, and communicate account and service information you need.

05Sharing and processors

We share data with service providers who help us run the platform, such as hosting and email delivery, and only to the extent they need it to perform that function.

We do not sell personal or distribution data. Where a party in your own network is given access, they see only the view appropriate to their place in the chain.

06Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and each network's data is logically separated from every other. Credentials are never stored in plain text.

No system is absolutely secure, but security is treated as a core obligation given the regulated nature of the data involved.

07Retention

Account and distribution data are retained while your account is active and for the period your compliance obligations require afterwards. Retention windows are agreed with you rather than assumed.

When data is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.

08Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to any records we are required to keep.

You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time without affecting your use of the service.

09Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that materially affects how your data is handled, the updated version will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
