Terms of Service

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to them.

The platform monitors distribution vitals - cold chain temperature, batch expiry, and regulatory license validity - and surfaces flags, priority suggestions, and dispatch records across your network.

The service supports your decisions. It does not replace your own regulatory judgement, quality processes, or legal obligations, all of which remain yours.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or connect, including license validity dates, batch details, and network structure. Flags and suggestions are only as reliable as that underlying data.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

The platform reads the data and sensor feeds available to it. Where a reading is missing, delayed, or supplied incorrectly, the corresponding flag may be affected.

Regulatory rule coverage varies by region and is confirmed during onboarding. Where a framework is not yet modelled, the service still tracks validity dates and raises lapses but does not assert rule-level interpretation it cannot stand behind.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data outside your network, interfere with its operation, or use it to breach any law or regulation applicable to your distribution activity.

Access is scoped to your place in the network. Attempting to circumvent that scoping is a breach of these terms.

Paid tiers are billed on the basis shown at sign-up, monthly or annually. Where cold chain sensor hardware is required and not already in place, it is quoted separately.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

We work to keep the service available and dependable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Availability commitments, where they apply, are set out in your plan or agreement.

The service is provided to support distribution decisions, not to guarantee outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the platform is limited, and we are not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate input data or from decisions made on the basis of a flag.

Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are breached in a way that is not resolved. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active plan commitment.

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
