Which cold chain sensors and hardware does Canfrox work with?
Canfrox reads from standard temperature logger and IoT sensor feeds used in pharma cold chain, and can ingest checkpoint readings where continuous sensors aren't fitted. Exact device compatibility is confirmed during onboarding against the hardware you already run - we don't require you to rip and replace working equipment.
Which regulatory frameworks are covered?
The system tracks the license data and validity dates you maintain and flags them against dispatch. Region-specific rule modelling is confirmed during onboarding rather than assumed - where a framework isn't yet modelled, validity tracking and lapse alerts still apply, without asserting rule-level interpretation we can't stand behind.
What are the contract terms?
Distributor and Manufacturer tiers are available on a monthly or annual basis, with annual billing carrying a lower effective rate. There's no long lock-in on the standard tiers. Enterprise agreements are scoped to your regions, frameworks, and support needs.
Is cold chain sensor hardware included in the price?
Software pricing is per network as listed. Where physical sensors or loggers are needed and not already in place, that hardware is quoted separately during onboarding so you only pay for what your routes actually require.
